“How to Create a Client-Centered Law Firm Using Social Media”

Today’s new podcast and video just dropped. Thank you to Jack Newton of Clio for having me on his “Daily Matters” show (links below).

I truly believe there’s a MAJOR business pivot happening this very moment right before our eyes. It’s not going to be about going back to “business as usual.” It’s going to be different– and when all said and done, I think better. The mindset and approaches Jack and I talked about literally revolving around the “client-centered” law firm WILL HELP smart lawyers adjust, pivot, and move forward in this new era of law, business and life.

Lawyers, please give this a listen (or watch on YouTube). This information will help you make the digital pivot that is no longer an option. If you enjoyed the interview, please share with other lawyers who will benefit from these approaches.

Stay safe!

My video review of Jack Newton’s new book, “The Client Centered Law Firm”

Everyone who connects with me on social media knows how strong I feel about creating exemplary client experiences. In my opinion, these experiences, and the relationships we form from these experiences, are the foundation for everything we do.

In his new book, Jack Newton, the CEO of Clio, shows you how to create solutions and relationships built around excellent service designed to enhance your client’s experiences. One of the things I liked most about how this book was written is that you don’t have to try and do everything at once. You can take your time and slowly implement these concepts over time.

And one more thing. While you’re implementing these new approaches to improve the client experience, remember to have fun, and share your human side. Add a strong social media and digital component to these approaches using the methods we talk about each week in my LegalMinds mastermind, focus on connecting and building valuable long-term win-win relationships with your clients and everything else will fall into place.
