Mitch is not only an award-winning “2009 Orange County Trial Lawyer of the Year” and “2013 California Litigation Lawyer of the Year,” he’s someone who’s “all in” when it comes to tech, web3 and the metaverse.

Recently, he presented social media “legal and biz tips” to an audience of 400+ people at Social Media Day San Diego. For the past several years, he’s also shared the stage in front of 2,000 people with David Meerman Scott at the Tony Robbins Business Mastery Event in Las Vegas to talk marketing and branding (Mitch was featured in David’s last two best selling books) . Mitch also spoke at the Clio Cloud Conference in New Orleans and again at Clio’s 2020 virtual Cloud Conference sharing his thoughts about using technology and specifically, VR, AR, MR, and AI, during litigation and in trial.

His marketing efforts, approaches and accomplishments have been the focus of dozens of articles and posts including those in Mashable, Inc.com and the Wall Street Journal.
As an expert, Mitch has shared his input and advice the California State Bar (CEB), “Effective Introduction of Evidence in California- Chapter 54 Electronic and Social Media Evidence.” He also was honored to consult on, and be quoted in, the new book, “Shame Nation” written by Sue Scheff with the foreword by Monica Lewinsky.
