In the spirit of transparency and, because Mitch knows he’s not the right fit for everyone looking for legal help, Mitch’s fee structures and options are below. They follow California State Bar Rules and are subject to the terms and conditions of a signed and dated retainer agreement:
Hourly: Senior Partners ($800-$1,000/hour); Associates ($400/hour).
Contingency: 25%-40% of the gross recovery.
Hybrid: A combination of the above.

Usually, this includes empowering audience members how to use social media, digital and technology to complement and show their “human side” in business allowing them to disrupt, hack, and improve their companies, causes, and professional relationships.
