If your NFT is a security, then absent specific exceptions, the offering of your NFT must strictly adhere to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules, regulations and registration requirements. This applies to sellers and exchanges.

A few people reached out after my interview on Jim Fuhs and Tim Sohn’s live video show this morning regarding why I’m so excited about the metaverse. Rather than tell you, I thought I’d show you a few of the conference rooms and spaces we’re using right now to hold meetings and presentations. All of the screens can be used to project photos, videos and presentations.
Just like Zoom, you send a link so others can join you. Users can attend via their phone, laptop and desktop. The best experience is when a host or attendee uses a VR headset like the Oculus Quest2. If feels like you’re standing in the same room or presentation hall together.
The three platforms we’re using are Spatial.io, EngageVR.io and Workrooms. Each offer something different and I shared a few details here in an earlier post.

Tip: Signup and download the program before our meetup. Play around with the app and create your avatar. Visit a few rooms/spaces before our Tuesday event.
