Tech Tools To Help A Virtual or Hybrid Law Practice Thrive

Having a hybrid practice is the best way I know to deliver quality personalized service to our clients while also leveraging technology. What I mean by hybrid is that while we have a traditional physical practice, we also offer most of our services via the cloud.

Clients can meet us at our firm or, they can access their case calendars and communicate with us through our 24/7 cloud-based portal provided via Clio. Meetings (live audio or video) and digital document signatures are easy to initiate and complete without clients having to battle busy Southern California freeways. Payments are available via tradition methods and also include multiple tap and swipe apps, several of which offer cryptocurrency options.

Depending on what the client wants, almost all of the client’s legal experiences can be delivered to a client via traditional or cloud-based services. This approach is key to satisfying clients’ expectations in today’s world, and so I’m repeating it in a slightly different way:

At the client’s option, they can get help in a way that works best for them.

Here are a couple of articles and posts that share more approaches and details. Please reach out with questions.
