Although most of you know me here as “The Streaming Lawyer,” what you may not know is that I’m also one of the senior partners at the California law firm of Jackson & Wilson, Inc. Most of the cases we help people with involved serious wrongful injury and death. We just wrapped up a case for one of our favorite clients, and here’s his testimonial. There’s no better way to start the week than to share this with you!

New Testimonial from Ken P.
βI had the pleasure of meeting Mitch back in 2004 in the first of three accidents (even though there is no such a thing as an ‘accident’, if you know what I mean?). He has made miraculous history with me ever since. I might add that none of the incidents were my fault, which I’m sure helps, but without Mitch, I do NOT want to even think what would have NOT have happened!
Mitch has always been inspirational, honest, dependable, and always made me feel like, without question, he had my back. He didn’t always say what I wanted to hear (he was brutally honest), but he was always…and I mean always, was there for me when I needed him the most. My FAITH has always kept me going with a good attitude, but his advice and actions showed me that I could trust Mitch with my life…and I cannot say that about too many lawyers!
This recent incident really tested everything about me…spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally, and of course financially. Yep! I still hurt every day from chronic pain, and yet I know that I still have a lot to be thankful for like GOD, faith, hope, love, and last but not least, Mitch Jackson. What a decent human being and a lawyer too (go figure)! We need more people like Mitch on this earth, and I thank GOD every day that Mitch became a part of my life.
Mitch has become a true friend, and I just hope and pray that I can continue to be honored with such a friendship. Friendships are few and far between, and when recognized, they must be treated with the greatest respect and love possible. As John C. Maxwell said in his book, ‘everyone communicates, but few connect’. Mitch! We connected, and I never want to give that up!
Respectfully and Forever Appreciative with Love,
Ken P.
P.S. Remember to make each day the masterpiece it’s supposed to be!β
