How a Trial Lawyer Uses AgoraPulse to Save Time, Build His Online Brand, and Bring in New Cases

I’m a big fan of AgoraPulse. I also happen to be the trial lawyer mentioned in the title to this post. If you follow me on social, this shouldn’t be a big surprise. I’m a fan– a big fan 😉

My buddy, Mike Allton, turned me on to AgoraPulse. It’s allowed me to market my firm and build my brand easily and conveniently. This powerful platform not only saves my team and I an enormous amount of time, but AgoraPulse also works while I’m in court, paddleboarding out of Dana Point Harbor, or sound asleep in the middle of the night. It’s my 24/7 perpetual marketing and relationship building tool that’s quickly becoming a favorite and essential asset in the firm.

Full disclosure, I’m a Brand Ambassador for AgoraPulse. Having said that, I agreed to this relationship because I believe in the service and platform. I would never promote a product or service if I didn’t believe in it 100%. I would also never make a recommendation, to you, without first being fully transparent.

So why am I so excited about AgoraPulse? Well, for starters, it allows me to harness my social media content and engagement using the easiest and most affordable social media management tool for individuals, teams, and agencies, on the market. It also allows me to create single, scheduled or ongoing posts, check inbox and read reports. Best of all, the reports tab gives me an easy to understand overview of the use and engagement on my social media platforms.

With the above in mind, here are 6 specific reasons AgoraPulse has found a special place in my law firm’s heart:

Reason 1: AgoraPulse allows me to easily and quickly post original content to my favorite social media platforms. With just a couple of clicks, I can schedule one or more new posts to be automatically shared across multiple social media platforms, according to a set queue, a schedule, or right this second.

Reason 2: When I want to add value to my audience by sharing someone else’s website, blog, or social media post, I simply click on the Google Chrome extension and share the content to one or all of my social media platforms. Again, this can be now, pursuant to a specific schedule, or via a next in queue mode.

Reason 3: Sharing once, according to a schedule, or every 4 months is easy peasy with AgoraPulse. Creating, publishing and getting on other people’s radar with quality content has never been easier.

Reason 4: One of my favorite things about AgoraPulse is using the top “inbox” and “listening” columns to see, respond, and otherwise engage to incoming messages and posts. No longer do I need to physically visit Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin or Instagram to monitor comments and see and respond to messages. AgoraPulse pulls them all into a single place that I can easily see on my desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.

Reason 5: The “Publishing” “Fans & Followers” and “Reports” columns also allow me to see all the real-time action taking place in my digital world. Again, without having to go to the analytics page of each different platform, I can click and view the performance of posts and the engagement from followers.

Reason 6: The lawyer sitting next to me in court and on his smartphone just leaned over and said, “Mitch, how did you just tweet this? You’re not even on your phone.” That question made me smile.

Conclusion

Whenever I mentor young trial lawyers, I remind them of Abraham Lincoln’s quote:

“A lawyer’s time and advice are his stock in trade.”

AgoraPulse allows me to save time. It’s just that simple.

While it’s working all day and all night to share my scheduled social media posts, I do what I want to do, when I want to do it. And yes, this includes advising my clients and trying cases. It also includes me enjoying a sunset while out on the water on my SUP.
