Today I stopped supporting and following several people (a couple are well known celebrities and influencers) because they use social media platforms like Periscope, Snapchat and Facebook Live while driving.
The amazing Liz Marks (above) feels the same way. Click here to watch her video.
The fact of the matter is that self-centered reckless conduct such as distracted driving results in 3,000-6,000 deaths and 400,00-600,000 injuries each year. Using social while driving is distracted driving and must not be condoned and overlooked.
I encourage you to be a leader, make a difference and let people know, regardless of who they are (or think they are) that if they use social media while driving, they will lose your time, attention and support. Learn more at StopDD.Today, EndDD.org and ItCanWait.com
Thank you!
