Drones, Motocross and Lawyers (what a great combo!)

Earlier this week we were contacted by a motocross rider who was struck by an out-of-control drone while he was riding at the local track. The rider crashed, suffered a concussion, and his bike was damaged to the tune of about $1,700.

With just a couple of phone calls, we were able to get everything worked out for the motocross rider without having to file a claim or lawsuit. Early this morning at the office, I shared my thoughts on Periscope while getting my own drone fix in 🙂

Over the past 30 years, I’ve had to deal with and tame hundreds of different types of elephants in many different rooms. Many were found down at the courthouse and others in the corners of conference and deposition rooms.
